Orivon Wellness Warranty Policy

At Orivon Wellness, we take pride in the craftsmanship, performance, and durability of our products. Every sauna and cold plunge unit is built to deliver lasting wellness benefits, and we stand behind them with a comprehensive limited warranty.

Auris Outdoor Sauna Collection

Covered by a 5-year limited warranty. This warranty includes structural components, heaters, electrical systems, and interior fittings under normal residential use.

Frost Cold Plunge Tub

Backed by a 1-year limited warranty. Coverage includes the tub body, plumbing components, and integrated chiller unit when used and maintained according to product guidelines.

Lumin Infrared Sauna Collection

Includes a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty applies to the infrared heating panels, control systems, wood structure, and electrical components for residential use.

What’s Not Covered

The Orivon Wellness limited warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear, including discoloration, fading, or changes in wood appearance over time

  • Improper installation or failure to follow the provided setup and maintenance instructions

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product

  • Modifications or repairs not authorized by Orivon Wellness or performed by an unauthorized technician

  • Commercial use, unless explicitly stated and covered under a separate commercial warranty agreement

  • Damage caused by external factors, such as extreme weather, fire, flood, pests, or power surges

Warranty Claims Process

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at sales@orivonwellness.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photos or videos of the defect, if applicable

Once we receive your claim, our team will assess the issue and work with you to find a timely and fair resolution, which may include repair, replacement of parts, or full product replacement at our discretion.

Proof of Purchase & Terms

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.
